An exciting opportunity for a mixed practitioner has become available at a practice in Northern Ireland.

The current team includes three small animal vets, five large animal vets and three nurses. This is an established mixed animal practice, and the team pride themselves on the delivery of excellent animal health services.

The role will include both small and large animal work. There will be a flexible mix of clinical work with dairy, beef, and sheep herds covering all veterinary requirements for beef and dairy herds, and sheep flocks, including Reproduction - Fertility and Scanning, Health Plans, Disease Investigations and many more opportunities to develop your client base.

There will also be responsibility for customer and pet care as the practice offers a high medical and surgical caseload and challenging trauma cases.

You will have a grounding in all aspects of general practice with the opportunity for career progression.

The clinic is highly equipped for all medical and surgical investigations, with digital x-ray, lab suite and advanced ultrasound.

There is flexibility with the hours to be worked. Both full-time and part-time work is available. You will join an equally shared rota. OOH are currently 1 in 6 or less nights on call and is negotiable
