An exciting opportunity is available for a small animal veterinarian to join this privately-owned, multi-vet practice on a permanent, full-time basis. The role would suit a veterinarian with an interest in small animal ophthalmology. A postgraduate certificate or membership in ophthalmology is preferred.

The ideal applicant can work one day a week and just see ophthalmology cases or full-time with one day per week ophthalmology, with the remainder being general practice cases.

The modern and well-equipped practice consists of six consulting rooms, a large treatment area, digital x-ray, ultrasound, a large staff room, and much more!

There are a variety of shifts to be worked over four days per week.

Weekdays shifts range from 8 am to 6 pm or 9 am to 7 pm. Weekend shifts are from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.

A full-time role will consist of four weekly shifts, including some weekends.

The employer is willing to assist with a work permit (sponsorship) for suitable overseas candidates. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (or equivalent) and be eligible for registration as a veterinary practitioner in Australia.

The practice is located in the Southern Suburbs of Perth, just minutes from some of WA's most pristine beaches, and there are great cycle paths nearby.
