Looking for a full-time permanent position in a vibrant mixed practice clinic?

A busy practice in the Marlborough Region is seeking an experienced full-time farm animal veterinarian to join the team.

This practice provides a full range of companion and production animal services to the local community, including routine consults and surgeries.

In your new role, you will predominantly be working with farming clients, providing a production animal service in an area with a good variety of on-farm work. There will also be opportunities to work in the companion animal space if that is of interest to you.

You will be joining a small, dedicated team of clinical and support staff, so there are always people at hand to help, give advice and make sure things run smoothly.

The clinic is open 8 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9 am - 1 pm.

Continuing education is strongly supported and funded. There is the opportunity for a more experienced vet to step into a leadership role if desired.

The practice is well-resourced with all the equipment you would expect to provide a great service to your clients. Equipment includes IDEXX suite, digital microscope, digital x-ray, ultrasound, IM3 Deluxe dental machine along with additional necessities such as infusion pumps, BP monitor, ap-alerts etc.

The practice is located in a family-friendly suburb in the Marlborough Region with excellent health, education, sporting and cultural facilities. The region is also famous for its many vineyards and cellar doors. National parks and beaches are also close by.
