A mixed practice in New Zealand's Manawatu-Wanganui Region is seeking to employ a production animal veterinarian with an interest in sheep and beef.

The right applicant will join a team of experienced vets that see a sheep, beef and companion animal caseload. The large animal team is headed by a vet with 30 years' experience, and the small animal hospital is headed by a clinician with more than 10 years' experience.

This permanent full time position. New graduates and experienced vets are welcome to apply.

- Willingness to participate in the after-hours roster.

The after-hours roster is one night per week. Weekends are shared with a neighbouring practice in the community; giving approximately a 1:6 to 1:8 weekend roster.
