A veterinarian is required to join an independent, family-run practice in Cornwall. This is an RCVS GP accredited practice and an RVN training practice, plus VetGDP!
This opportunity is open to both new/recent graduates and experienced veterinarians.
The role is 100% small animal. There is also a small amount of equine work for those who are interested. However, this is definitely not essential.
You will be joining a team of four full-time vets, two part-time vets, five RVNs, plus support staff. They are a fun, supportive team with a fabulous client base. We also enjoy regular social meet-ups outside of working hours.

The clinic is open five and a half days per week, and they offer their own weekday OOH (which clients love!) You will work a flexible working week, with 1:4 weeknights on call with time for lunch and coffee breaks. No weekend OOHs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong team ethic, and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of small animal practice, including consulting, prescribing, radiographs, ultrasound, laboratory tests and surgery.
The main site has an in-house lab, ultrasound and x-ray, surgical suite, separate dog and cat wards, prep room and three consultation rooms.
