An opportunity has become available for a veterinarian to join a privately owned, client-focused and progressive practice in the Northern Tablelands of New South Wales.

The position has the flexibility to be either 100% small animal or 80% small, 20% large (cattle and horses) if desired. The practice sees one or two horses per day and also do some cattle pregnancy testing.

Working here will see you join a four-vet team with support from fantastic nurses. Ideally, the team are looking for a vet to work full-time. However, the employer is open to part-time applicants and very flexible with rostering. The practice is very family-friendly - this is a clinic where you can bring your kids to work when they are sick and not be frowned upon, just supported!

There is not one piece of equipment missing here! The practice is well-equipped for both small and large animals, with multiple paddocks, in-house biochemistry and haematology labs, X-ray, ultrasound, iM3 dental equipment, dental x-ray, equine dental equipment, equine reproduction facilities, scanner, crush, etc.

The clinic itself is stunning, surrounded by a colourful garden, stables, paddocks, a resort-style cattery and a purpose-built horse treatment area, including AI facilities and mounting yard. The waiting room is gorgeous, large and sunlit with boutique linen cushions, giving it a pretty, homely and very welcoming feel.

The employer has indicated there are definite partnership options.

The practice is located in a picturesque valley filled with rich pioneering history and beautifully restored buildings.
