A position has become available for a companion animal veterinarian to join a fun, supportive and progressive team in the Canterbury Region.

Enjoy using your skills from previous veterinary experience with the support of experienced vets behind you. This is a rural mixed practice with a very proactive approach to companion animal healthcare.

You will be working with a nursing and support team who takes the standards of care to the next level.

Part time or full time hours are available. You will be required to work 1:6 Saturday mornings. There are no Sundays or after-hours required.

The practice is located on the outer fringes of Christchurch. This area has all the benefits of the city while living and working in a rural setting. As the clinic is located at the gateway to the South Island, the successful vet will have access to many outdoor activities throughout the year, including year-round activities like hiking, tramping, biking, skiing and fishing. This area is an ideal place for families, with great schools and amenities in the area.
