Are you passionate about all things feline?

An exciting opportunity has become available for a feline vet at an independently owned, purpose-built, gold-standard feline clinic in the United Kingdom.

Services range from first-opinion cases to complex referrals. There is also a feline-specific ophthalmology service and a visiting dentist who performs advanced endodontic procedures.

Vets are supported by a highly skilled nursing team consisting of four qualified vet nurses, one student nurse, and a veterinary care assistant, plus a full reception team

The ideal vet will be compassionate and professional, enhancing the current team. Vets should possess exceptional clinical skills and embody the core values of the practice: commitment, accountability, trust and striving for excellence. Applicants must have a passion for cats, along with a commitment to high-quality vet care.

Postgraduate qualifications in feline or small animal medicine are highly regarded. Experience with ultrasound is advantageous. Those looking for training and development in this area will be supported.

About the role:

– Four-day work week (40 hours)

– Strong work-life balance

– Shift start times are 8:00 am, 8:30 am, 10:00 am and 10:30 am

– Rotating four-week schedule including 1:4 weekends

– Vets are not required to work more than four days in one week (weekends are included in the four-day schedule)

– No OOH
