A practice in the Canterbury region is seeking a highly skilled dairy vet looking for an exciting challenge to lead their team. This is a great opportunity to make your mark in the business!

The employers are looking for a vet who is ready to take a key leadership role in the business at both a clinic and regional level and be part of shaping their journey to deliver exceptional outcomes to their dairy clientele and support the growth and development of their wider team.

This permanent role is full time, 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading the clinic's vets and technicians in their development, recruitment, and performance management.

- Building a progressive and high-performing dairy service across the Canterbury region.

- Developing the team and dairy business and finding new possibilities for delivering value to clients.

- Working closely with regional management, the General Manager of Clinic Operations and the Agri Business Manager.

- Promote animal and farm management consultancy level vet services.

- Integrate with the Clinic and Companion Animal Leadership.
