An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a vet to join the management team as clinical director.

The clinical director will co-manage a team of 65 members of staff (including 18 vets) alongside another clinical director and practice manager. Responsilbities will include:

- Clinical duties

- Management, coaching and supporting colleagues

- Business strategy

- Financial planning and budgeting

- Upholding excellent standards of patient and client care

Applicants should possess excellent all-around clinical capabilities along with the enthusiasm and energy to drive the business forward.

The salary range is between £60,000- £75,000 (pro rata), depending on your experience and qualifications.
