A large 24-hour referral hospital in Hong Kong is seeking a Department Head of ECC to join their team.

This is a full time position and the successful applicant will work a 4 day week.

The hospital houses specialists in dermatology, dentistry, diagnostic imaging, emergency and critical care, internal medicine, neurology, surgery, oncology, ophthalmology, anesthesiology and pain management, as well as experienced primary care and emergency clinicians.

About the role:

- Provide Emergency and Critical Care service to deliver caseload and case profile by providing excellent customer and patient care;

- Lead the ECC team to provide a high standard of clinical care to the animals presented to the ECC/ICU Department;

- Provide support and advice on aspects of emergency and critical care for clinical colleagues;

- Communicate and liaise effectively with clinicians and nurses working within other services to ensure continuity of case care and excellent customer service;

- Assist in clinical teaching of visiting veterinary students, if required.

This role offers a competitive remuneration package and benefits with an annual base salary of approx. AUD $520,000pa (based on skills, qualifications and experience).
