A veterinary hospital in Sydney's South is looking for a practice manager to join their family-run practice in a newly created role!

This position has the flexibility to be either full or part-time. To be successful in this position, you will be driven with a can-do attitude, and posess exceptional leadership and organisational skills. Applicants should have their Certificate IV (or equivalent) in veterinary nursing, along with nursing and management experience.

The role will include managing a close-knit, friendly and dedicated team. Duties are inclusive of, but not limited to:

- Managing the daily operations of the practice

- Rostering & training

- Building a positive team culture

- Leading & developing the team

- Inventory control

- Growing the business

- Managing social media

- Putting new systems & procedures in place

This well-established practice has recently moved into a brand-new premises, with modern equipment including digital x-ray, in-house laboratory and the latest dental equipment. The clinic is computerised with Vetlink system.

There is a great salary on offer, dependent on experience.

This practice is located on Sydney's beautiful southern shoreline, and is accessible by public transport.
