A country practice north of Brisbane is seeking a veterinarian to join their team.

This is a mixed practice role. The majority of the large animal work is made up of beef cattle and the occasional horse case.

The successful applicant will work from 9 am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday.

The practice owner is offering a salary between $60,000 and $90,000 plus superannuation, commensurate with experience. Sponsorship (work permit) is available for overseas applicants.

The practice is located in a pleasant rural service town located on the Burnett River. The town lies at the heart of Queensland's citrus area and proudly claims to be 'The Orange Capital of Queensland' and one of the oldest towns in Australia. It's maintained an old-fashioned charm and is a great place to settle for its laidback nature.
