Radiology Specialist Position in Sydney - 195,102SSB

A large, multi-disciplinary referral hospital is looking for a Radiology Specialist to fill a full-time vacancy in Sydney.

This position is to work within a friendly and dedicated team of two Dip ECVDI and one full-time radiographer (MRI) who are committed to providing the highest quality of care to their patients. You will have the support of three imaging nurses.

The successful applicant will be working to support a large multi-disciplinary team including Surgery, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Radiation and Medical Oncology, Dermatology, Anaesthesia, Sports Medicine and Physiotherapy, Avian/Exotics and Emergency and Critical Care.

The radiology department is well-equipped with onsite imaging of the highest standard. This includes digital radiography, fluoroscopy and ultrasound, 64-slice and 6-slice Philips Brilliance CT scanner and 1.5T Siemens Essenza MRI operated by a full-time radiographer.

To be successful in this position the applicant must have board certification in Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging with the American, European or Australian Colleges. Board-eligible candidates are also encouraged to apply.
