Are you a board certified or equivalent, Small Animal Internal Medicine Specialist OR have you recently completed an internal medicine residency and are eligible to sit your boards?

Starting date very flexible! Fixed term contract arrangements will also be considered.

A specialist referral hospital in Sydney is seeking an internal medicine specialist to work alongside a team of highly skilled professionals, using state of the art facilities and equipment. The successful applicant will work alongside expertly trained and highly experienced veterinary professionals including specialists in oncology, imaging, surgery, ophthalmology and behaviour. You will ideally have experience working within a multi-disciplinary hospital, with excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.

The hospital has invested in new equipment and facilities, housing 9 fully equipped consultation rooms, dedicated ICU and treatment areas, 3 operating theatres, highfield MRI (1.5 tesla), 64 slice CT scanner, advanced onsite medical imaging suite, multiple cardiac and general imaging ultrasound systems, endoscopy/arthroscopy/fluoroscopy, DR radiology, in house Idexx pathology laboratory, SmartFlow patient management, meeting facilities, dedicated quiet office for our specialists, staff room and facilities, with plans to build an onsite radiation therapy suite in the near future.
