A well-established, privately-owned practice in the south east of South Australia is seeking a full-time veterinarian to join the experienced 3-vet team.

New graduates with previous cattle experience, are also welcome to apply. There are two senior vets working at the practice, both with over 30 years' experience each.

The practice is modern, professional, and community focused, with a loyal client base.

The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team, who are dedicated to ensuring a caring and gentle approach to treatment and consultations.

Feedback from a 2016 graduate who started at the practice as a new grad: The vets, nurses, and clients were really great and supportive. There was always someone available on the phone and close by to help out with after-hours work if needed. The practice sees a wide and varied caseload, and with most clients not opting for referral due to cost or location (being far away from referral centres), there was the opportunity to perform lots of surgeries and work up cases. The practice is located in a very tight-knit, but welcoming town, with great community sports such as netball, football and basketball. The only reason I moved on was to be with my partner, otherwise, I would have stayed long-term.

The clinic opening hours are 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, closed Saturday and Sunday.

The practice is located in an attractive seaside town, in South Australia. Along with the beautiful coast line, there are also a number of parks, playgrounds, shops and restaurants to enjoy, on the doorstep.
