A purpose built, first class emergency facility in Adelaide is expanding and looking for a full-time veterinarian to join their team.

Previous experience in emergency and critical care is desirable but not essential. If you possess the desire for a career in ECC, the hospital will support and encourage further education and training to achieve these goals.

The successful applicant will join a knowledgeable, approachable and highly supportive team of vets and nurses who practice an exceptionally high standard of care for all of their patients. The hospital provides 24-hour comprehensive emergency and critical care services to the veterinarians and pet owners of Adelaide. The hospital operates in conjunction with a specialist centre which offers services in surgery, internal medicine and other specialties.

The successful applicant will work a variety of day, night and weekend shifts. During weekday shifts you will have the opportunity to work alongside specialist veterinarians allowing you to gain knowledge and experience not always found in general practice. After hours you will be working with a dedicated team of highly skilled and experienced emergency veterinary nurses who pride themselves on providing exceptional standards of care and support.

Remuneration for this position is based on experience but includes a generous continuing education package in addition to salary and superannuation.
